  I called last Friday at 4pm to make an appointment for a dog's bath, my appointment was today, Monday at 1pm. When I got there, she said that my appointment was on Friday, which is impossible because I called that day but she took her anyway. After I left her, she called me ten minutes later to said that my dog was very hipper and she couldn't handle her, to come pick her up. PLEASE, before making an appointment with a new client, advice them you won''t take dogs who are nervous or stress, that way people don't waste their time out of their busy schedule. This is the first time a groomer doesn't take her because of that. I'm well aware she's a stress dog but you should let people know this before making their appointments, that way I would've found someone else. She is traveling out of the country tomorrow and unfortunately, I don't have time to find another groomer. Very disappointed!

  I have always had a great experience with them I have been going with them since I 1st got my dog that has been pretty much 6 years and can't company!!
